When I read this early this morning I did a double-take - then went to work to read it again over a newer cup of coffee.

That would be awesome! That's one GW IP Lawsuit I would get a kick out of.
At the time GW had a book out called Rogue Trader (1st ed. 40k?) the Film Rogue Trader about the adventures of Nick Leeson (I can't be sure of the spelling) and Barings Bank (or the bank!) was released.
GW actually pointed out the whole legal mess in White Dwarf.
